We now require advance proof of ID with all showing requests.
Once you are a Period Property Management resident, service calls are managed through our office; Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Staff is available to take your general questions and service calls.
We have 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Rent is due on or before the first of each month. You can mail your rent checks directly to the ownership, drop checks at our leasing office, or have your bank automatically forward payments each month.
Period Property Management does not collect a security deposit.
